Additionally, our consultancy offers unbiased advice on investment options like Buy-to-Let (BTL), Houses in Multiple Occupation (HMO), and Multi-unit Freehold Blocks. Ensuring that our clients have access to tailored advice for their unique investment needs.

Our fee structure is transparent and straightforward. For our gold package property finders service we charge 1% and 1.5% of the property value for the platinum package. This includes a non-refundable administration fee of £399 and payment is made in full once solicitors are engaged. For advisory-only or our consultancy service, we offer a flat fee of £499. Each search is unique and dependent on the clients criteria. We endeavour to complete the search as soon as possible and a specific timeframe can be provided after the initial consultation. Additionally, completing the purchase may take 3 to 6 months, considering client preferences and market conditions. It’s important to note that the legal process and specific sales circumstances can extend this timeframe.
